Speakers at the gut functionality webinar

The webinar will feature:

  • Dr Tofuko Awori Woyengo,
    associate professor at Aarhus University, Denmark,
    Topic: He will speak about effects of antinutritional factors on gastro-intestinal functionality of piglets post-weaning.
  • Secondly, Dr Barbara Metzler-Zebeli,
    professor of nutritional physiology at University of Veterinary Medicine, Vienna, Austria,
    Topic: She will give a presentation, titled “Pattern-recognition-receptors in the microbe-host networking along the porcine gut.”
  • The last speaker will be Konstantinos Sarantis, MS,
    global mycotoxin risk management product manager at DSM.
    Topice: He will share his thoughts on mycotoxins, a frequent and persistent anti-nutritional factor in piglets.
